Sandy and Fred Bender also volunteered to serve on the Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee will present their slate to the CPFAN membership two weeks before the Annual Meeting.

The following reports were made. Kelly reported that the East High/City Park Art project is on hold. Students may take up the idea again in the Fall. John Brett reported that he will be conducting a tour of City Park for the Denver Architectural Foundation in March with Denver Field Ornithologist and CPFAN member, Patrick O’Driscoll. This will be the first CPFAN tour of City Park with a nod to both its history and the birding opportunities the park offers. Fred Bender reported that the Adopt-A-Flowerbed program is officially launched with dozens of volunteers already signed up. Articles in the Greater Park Hill News and outreach to other neighborhood organizations around the park are taking place.
