John Brett: May 7 Birding/History City Park Tour Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Our first CPFAN event, 12 attendees, 1 Â½ hours. An eagle flew over as tour wrapped up. Attendees want longer tour.
Georgia (for Fred Bender): Adopt-A-Flowerbed 50 volunteers from all around the park this year, 6 teams. Can make donations thru Denver Park Trust for plants.
Patty: Denverâ€™s City Park reprinting Currently working on getting photo releases and a plaque or other recognition for Bette Peters.

Vet at Alameda East since 1982, board member of Denver Zoo

Presented videos of his work in Mongolia at the Nature Reserve with endangered species, including vultures, putting radio collars on bighorn sheep, and working with hedgehogs. He is training the next generation of conservation biologists there.

â€œIn conservation, our successes are temporary, but our failures are permanent.â€

He also shared a video of relocating polar bears by helicopter in Manitoba.
